Since June of 2020, I hadn't really worked on any music, at least not in Ballroom™️. Khadijah Volume 6 was a huge success and I wanted to take time to work and to also gain some inspiration as, these days, i'm awfully bored by what I see [musically].

I have been observing the commercial that the scene has become.
This April will be my 10th year in Ballroom™️ and ultimately producing.

i've watched people grow up, step down, gain fame and lose it in a matter of seconds and statements, fight, tear each other a new one and come back next week to slam backs in buildings they've complained about for years. I've watched families be created, love be shown, support be given, underdogs have their moment, stars be born and culture being truly created, originally, for us and by us.

As are the prior 6 releases, Khadijah Volume 7 is a response to the current state of affairs in Ballroom™️, speaking [without talking] about the unfairness, the biases, the victories and defeats and how in all of it--remember to vogue. Perform.
